Payment terms
For all orders, 50% advance payment is required to confirm and begin the order. The remaining 50% is payable before dispatch / delivery.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Payments can be made via UPI / bank transfer — details are shared on order confirmation.
Refund & cancellation policy
All products are non-refundable and non-returnable, as each piece is handmade.
Customised / personalised orders are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as they are made specifically for you.
In the rare case a product arrives damaged in transit, please share an unboxing photo / video within 24 hours of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right.
Made to order
Most items are handmade to order. Kindly allow the production time communicated at the time of your order.
Handmade pieces may have slight natural variations — this is the charm of handmade, not a defect. 🤍
